Behind the Brand

purpose of TM media concepts

In today’s digital age, technology should be a great equalizer, providing businesses of all sizes with the tools to compete and innovate. However, a frustrating paradox exists: larger companies often have access to cutting-edge technology but fail to fully leverage its potential, while smaller businesses, eager to adopt these tools, are often restricted by budget constraints.

On top of affordability, industry professionals are often chasing the next biggest project, leaving people with limited technical expertise or access to navigate a maze alone. It’s disheartening to see so much untapped potential left on the table.

I remember talking to a customer of a previous employer about her non-profit and her hardships to find decent technical help. With a limited technical network, she was left to find people online. This kept her in an overwhelming loop of designers who were only interested in getting a job done, rather than seeing a partner thrive. That’s where I come in.

My background is a unique blend of technology and design. I understand the complexities of data, websites, apps, and online platforms, but I also speak the language of human needs and can translate tech jargon into clear, actionable steps.

My goal is to make the digital world accessible and empowering for everyone.

Whether you’re a small business owner, a community group, or just someone who wants to get more out of technology, I’m here to help you navigate the ever-changing digital landscape.

Facts & Quirks

Personal Side of Chanti Tosi

Being a small part of my community’s growth by helping to solve digital problems.

  • I am an INFJ in Myers Briggs, C in DiSC, and Artisan in Predictive Index. My empathetic nature and knack for detail allows me to provide custom solutions and complete projects efficiently. I always have your best interest at heart 🩷
  • Communication is key to a great partnership. I do my best work when there’s little guesswork; meaning, you’ll have a higher chance of satisfaction if I receive feedback and know your expectations. I prefer texts, emails, chats and message boards, but other forms are welcome.
  • Respect goes a long way. Since we both do not work 24/7, I rely on scheduling to dedicate time and resources to you. Please reach out as soon as possible to avoid delays.

With my husband and dogs. Who am I kidding? Most likely with the youngest, the bestest corgi named Pinot.

In my spare time, I love to travel, cook new recipes, read, and get messy with creative/art projects.

Back in the early 2000s when social networking sites were still new, I scoured the internet to figure out how to make my Xanga page sparkly with music. Being the curious person I am, I couldn’t just upload a template to my blog site, I wanted to understand how it worked. It spiraled into hours of learning about HTML and CSS in the middle of the night. I was interested in programming languages ever since.

Thinking I can replicate every DIY video I see but make it better.

Building a user-friendly, end-to-end security profile management system on SharePoint on-premise to house and administer 300 employees from the ground up. The complexity of the project allowed me to utilize management, design, and networking skills to create a dynamic standalone program.

Project included various programming languages, SharePoint administration, UX/UI development and design, CMS, multiple input forms with conditional views, workflows, triggered email notifications, SOX audit reports, and departmental dashboards.

Contrary to popular stereotypes, I am NOT a math whiz!

My favorite subjects were English, Art and Psychology. I have found them to be most useful in life and career.

Tiger Mom.

Some may find this term distasteful but I find it endearing and nostalgic. During my time as a Network Analyst, I was the only female on the team. It was a reactive environment with constant fires to put out; so things unintentionally fell through the cracks. Organization may have not been their norm but it was mine 😀 I instinctively took on the role of making sure work collectively got completed with satisfactory feedback. The team said I cared too much to let them fail and dubbed me as their TM.

I will bring the same energy into every project I’m on with you.
